Yes. We are 100% compliant with governement requirements regarding safe operations during COVID-19. Our drivers and vehicles are updated with all the necessary equipment.

Your driver will be waiting for you outside of the arrivals hall that is assigned for your flight, holding a sign with your name. He will then take you to your awaiting vehicle.

The day of your pick-up you will receive an email with your driver’s name and WhatsApp number so you can contact him in case of need.

Sometimes, when there are difficulties at the airport, your driver will contact you through WhatsApp so you can find him easily.

Try using a different browser (Google Chrome or Firefox), device or credit card. If none of these options work please contact your bank to allow overseas transactions.

Yes, you can. If you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time you will receive 100% of your money back or you can reschedule it.

When you cancel your pick-up on the same day you will get a refund (or posibility to reschedule) ONLY if we have enough time to cancel the service before the driver is on his way to pick you up.
 
That usually means that we don’t do refunds when:
– you cancel 3 or less hours before your pick-up time. 
– you cancel during the night a pick-up that is early in the morning.

If you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time you can reschedule the pick-up or receive 100% of your money back or keep the credit with us for a future trip.

If you cancel your pick-up on the same day you will be able to reschedule or to get a refund ONLY if we have enough time to cancel the service before the driver is on his way to pick you up or before he is already waiting for you.
 
That usually means that if you cancel 3 or less hours before your pick-up time or you cancel during the night a pick-up that is  early in the morning… you wont be able to reschedule it and you wont receive a refund.
 

If your flight is cancelled on the same day and you are going to arrive on a new flight, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible, to give us time to reschedule the pick-up. 

In case of delay please advice us, as soon as possible, through email or WhatsApp. Our drivers also work with an application that tracks your flight and, IF the flight information gets updated accordingly, your driver will already know that your flight is delayed and will wait for you when you arrive.

For pick-ups at the airport the driver will wait a maximum of 75 minutes after the pick-up time scheduled.

For pick-ups in the city, the driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the pick-up time scheduled.

If you need the driver to wait more time, please make sure to contact our customer service to arrange it and pay the extra fee.

Our drivers will only wait for 1 flight per pick-up.

If your group will arrive in different flights you can schedule the pick-up for the last fligth.

If you prefer the driver to wait for 2 or more flights, please contact our customer service to arrange it and to pay an extra fee for the extra waiting time.

If your suitcases are too big or too many you need to book 2 standard vehicles, or a minivan or a Van. If you need help to book the best vehicle for you, please contact our customer service.

JMC Airport is not actually in Medellin. It is 50 km away in the small city of Rionegro. The journey takes around 1 hour in a car, so having comfortable seats and air conditioning is a big benefit! Once you see the view 1 hour is not enough to take it all in!

After filling out the booking form and making your payment you will receive an email confirming your reservation (you can find it in your inbox or spam folder). If you are unsure if your pick up is confirmed you can contact us directly through the Chat in the right bottom of our website or via our contact page.

Addresses in Medellin usually have three different numbers and are constructed as follows: Calle 10 # 20 – 30 or Cra. 10 # 20 – 30.

If you are staying at an Airbnb make sure to contact your host for the correct address.

Yes, they can. Please note that your dog or cat must stay in his crate or carrier during the whole transfer from or to the airport.

In the rare occurrence that your driver is late or not in the arrivals hall please make sure that you are located at the assigned exit hall for your flight (you can find this information on the airport’s screens). You can also contact us via the WhatsApp number that we provide each of our clients in the confirmation email.

Most of our drivers don’t speak English but this shouldn’t be any problem. Before you arrive, the driver will already know your name, your flight details, where you’re staying in Medellin and how to get you there safely. If you do think you will need an English speaking driver, feel free to contact us after booking and we will do our best to schedule one for your pick-up!

Standard taxis are available at the airport, but the vehicles are usually old fashioned, with very little space for luggage and you will need to comunicate with the driver to agree the pricing and explain him where you are going in Medellin. Instances of violence and unfair pricing are also heard of. In contrast, we provides clean, safe and modern vehicles, professional and friendly drivers, bilingual customer service, no cash transaction, pre-determined price and drop-off/pick-up address and much more. We ensure that your journey is as comfortable and as pleasurable as possible.

On the 24th and 31st of December we don’t have vehicles available from 8pm until 7am the next day.
